Ollie Brady
Ollie currently works with Ireland's newest radio group i-radio and is aiding the setting up Ireland's newest fully digital super regional radio stations. Previously Ollie was Group Development Director at one of the UK's and Irelands fastest growing media groups, Northern Media Group (NMG) and prior to that he was instrumental in turning around the fortunes of Tippfm in Clonmel, Co.Tipperary. The Tippfm example shows Ollies Calibre are a radio consultant and demonstrates what he can do for your station. On Ollies departure from Tippfm, it was enjoying its highest audience figures in it's 14 years history! Now there's a job well done!

Successes to date include

• Sole launch directorship of a new full service local AC station (Five fm, Newry) in just 12 weeks from a standing start for a major client. (NMG)
• Quickly increasing on air advertising sales with his sales team at Seven fm by 300% within a month of his arrival.
• Strategic ongoing management of 2 stations for a group (NMG). Ollie was
managing Director of Sevenfm, Ballymena and Five fm in Newry, Northern Ireland.
• Key and ongoing development of all 6 stations in NMG during acquisitions working closely with the Group CEO.
• The relaunch of an existing heritage station in the Republic of Ireland called Tippfm. When Ollie arrived it was stale and struggling in terms of audience reach and sales revenue. It was barely breaking even financially, but on his departure (after being headhunted away) Tippfm was enjoying it highest audience figures in it 14 years history and was back in the black financially. It is now a solid company and continues to thrive after this highly successfull relaunch under Ollie's expert management.

When Ollie joined Tippfm in June 2004, the JNLR figures had fallen from 44% down to 37% for Market Reach and had fallen from 33% down to 32% for Market Share. At Ollie's departure, Tippfm had climbed all the way from 32% up to 46.8% for Market Share and climbed from 37% to 43% for Market Reach. This was not a one off 'lucky' jump - Instead it was the result of following an agreed strategy of major change and in doing this, Tippfm initially jumped from 37% to 43% for Market Reach and then up to 44% and for Market Share Tippfm initially jumped from 32% to 43% and then up to 46.8%.

Ollie now shares his experience and know how globally and is now an international radio programming and sales consultant advising companies about audience-building strategies and tactics, and complete sales solutions throughout the UK, Europe and Asia as well as helping with hands-on training of presenters and journalists.

He has also worked with selected individuals on "getting that gig" when their time comes to shine in interviews - and has had great success for many. They know who they are!
